DSG HOMES MIEMBRO DE AIPP:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Establecido en Londres en 2006,\u00a0AIPP<\/strong>\u00a0(Association of International Property Professionals) es el organismo de comercio para profesionales de todo el mundo que tratan con compradores de una propiedad extranjera.<\/p>\n

AIPP tiene m\u00e1s de 370 miembros corporativos de m\u00e1s de 30 pa\u00edses e incluye agentes, desarrolladores, abogados, medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, servicios financieros y otros profesionales de la industria.<\/p>\n

Se trata de una organizaci\u00f3n no gubernamental sin fines de lucro cuyo objetivo es mejorar los est\u00e1ndares de profesionalismo, ayudando tanto a la industria como al p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n

AIPP es la organizaci\u00f3n que brinda apoyo a la Alianza de Propietarios de Propiedades Internacionales (AIPO), que brinda apoyo a los compradores y a los m\u00e1s de 1,5 millones de propietarios brit\u00e1nicos de una propiedad extranjera.<\/p>\n

AIPP es un Fideicomisario de IESC \u2013 International Ethics & Standards Coalition<\/p>\n

AIPP apoya a los miembros de AIPO de la Alianza de Turismo<\/p>\n

\u00c1REAS DE INFLUENCIA DE AIPP:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Se centra en las siguientes cinco \u00e1reas clave:<\/p>\n

C\u00f3digo profesional: unen, bajo un estricto c\u00f3digo de conducta, a todas las compa\u00f1\u00edas profesionales en el negocio de crear y vender propiedad extranjera.<\/p>\n

Est\u00e1ndares: para mejorar los est\u00e1ndares de profesionalismo y responsabilidad en la industria.<\/p>\n

Quejas: reciben y atienden las quejas sobre los servicios de nuestros miembros, que incluyen, cuando corresponde, la transmisi\u00f3n de dichas quejas al Defensor del Pueblo independiente que puede recomendar una indemnizaci\u00f3n<\/p>\n

Gobierno: para presionar a las autoridades y agencias de la UE y el Reino Unido para obtener apoyo e intervenciones para proteger a los compradores y propietarios de una propiedad extranjera.<\/p>\n

Informaci\u00f3n: ofrecen informaci\u00f3n y apoyo calificados y equilibrados a compradores de una propiedad extranjera. Hacemos esto a trav\u00e9s de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n hermana, la Alianza de Propietarios de Propiedades Internacionales.<\/p>\n
